IT Helpdesk Support with Czech/Dutch/Danish
Your role will be to troubleshoot queries in computer hardware and/or software applications, dealing with access issues and password resets, as well as escalating any more technical problems to relevant departments. You will be the first point of contact for end users over the telephone and will be expected to hit key performance indicators. You will have to record the problem description, including specific error messages and/or symptoms, any troubleshooting steps taken, and the result, and the solution to assist in/create knowledge base logs.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to navigate through an existing knowledge base to resolve a technical issue and add to said knowledge base. High school/college/university diploma from a technical area or equivalent experience is nice to have but not a must. 0-2 years’ experience in a similar position will be an asset.
We are looking for Candidates with English, Polish and one of following: Dutch/Czech/Danish.
Technical skills that are nice to have: Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet browsers, communication protocols, computer hardware, Active Directory, etc. Willingness to participate in shift work system and to travel is required.
