Requirements:
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Good command of German will be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Practical experience as IT Specialist in an hetero-generous IT environment or IT help desk experience will be an asset

Responsibilities:
- Access Management:
- Ensure that the application access and system authorizations for the users are available
- Manage/order application access and system authorizations for new users
- Withdraw access and authorizations for retired employees
- Coordination/cooperation with the application responsible in the group companies, IT Help Desks, the users and the IT Migration Team
- Support users in system access and authorization tests
- Problem Management:
- User support in case of any problem/issue
- Identification of affected IT infrastructure (application, network, device etc.) and forwarding to responsible IT help desk/IT department
- Tracking of problem solving and user feedback
- Support users during tests after error treatment
- Order Management:
- Ordering of hardware, peripherals and accounts for new users
- Unsubscribing of hardware, peripherals and accounts in case of retirement
- Tracking of delivery and installation of devices
- Support users in device handling
