- Experience in IT Support or Customer Service
- University degree in IT or related subjects will be an asset
- Fluent English language
- Communicative French or German language

Responsibilities:
- Ticket sorting (Incident, Service request, Informational request)
- 1th line analysis and troubleshooting
- Contact with customers
- Ticket delegation to 2nd level line
- Incident management
- Asset management
- System monitoring
- User documentation management
