Requirements:
- Academic graduate (preferably Business Informatics, Informatics or similar studies)
- Min. 3 years of practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in the procurement and logistics environment
- Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions
- Good understanding of procurement and logistics data flows and processes
- SAP SRM and MM,SD preferably also adjacent SAP modules (e.g. CO)
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German will be an asset

Responsibilities:
- Manage applications and services within the SAP landscape with focus on SAP SRM and MM,SD and some non-SAP applications in the procurement and logistics area
- Ensure a smooth operation of the for procurement and logistics IT applications for the company and its worldwide customers in close cooperation with the procurement and logistics IT team members in Germany as well as the contracted service providers
- Support and consulting of internal business units and customers in in IT-related issues in the field of procurement and logistics
- Conceptual design and implementation of new applications within the procurement and logistics IT landscape
- Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage, ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the procurement and logistics processes
- Derive necessary technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, plan and implement the same in direct interaction with Customer, procurement and logistics IT team and service providers
- Customizing of the supported applications according to technical and/ or business needs, coordination of test activities and ongoing documentation of the supported solutions
- Handling of Incidents and Change Requests
- Drive automation and digitization in procurement and logistics IT and the supported processes
- Act as primary contact for IT-related issues of procurement and logistics process management units as well as operations in KRK, ensuring close communication and alignment of activities
- Act as the 2nd-level support for SAP procurement and logistics topics in KRK, solving on-site and/ or filtering the issues for further solutioning within the procurement and logistics IT team and/or the service provider
- Collect requirements in a structured way, understanding them in depth and design solutions together with the procurement and logistics IT team in Germany and service providers
- Act as product manager for selected IT applications, including budget and controlling functions
- Manage the lifecycle of IT-products and ensure alignment to IT strategy and IT architecture guidelines
- Manage and support projects in the field of procurement and logistics IT (e.g. international roll-out of solutions, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities)
- Support customer projects and internal projects in terms of project planning and execution
