For our Client, which is operating in 26 European countries including Poland , we are looking for IT Delivery Manager for Krakow Unit. The client curently has 80+ specialists in Krakow 45 are Developers team.Our client is working in the ecommerce area and the Delivery Managers would work either in Finance or Logistics domains.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing the software delivery activities for multiple teams in an Agile environment (Kanban, Scrum)
- Leading teams in Logistics or Finance domains (upto 15 people)
- Managing full life-cycle of applications by providing 24/7 Operational Health, ensuring functional improvements and continuous maintenance and pro-actively running technical department
- Managing team of Software Engineers with a Servant Leader style
- Taking part in recruitment process to build up a team
- Ownening the productss and the processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-time experience in IT software product delivery companies and 3+ years in a leading position
- Hands-on experience in software development (Java, Python ,etc) is a must
- Experience of process/product management within an agile environment
- Managing and mentoring experience with developers
- Customer-focused mindset and goal-oriented attitude
- Educational background in IT/ Computer Science/ Business Informatics
- Fluent in Polish, English
