Your role
Do you like to be involved in collaboration with business stakeholders? We are looking for someone like that who will:
- understand contract(s) in detail
- administrate end-to-end contract lifecycle
- manage contract reporting processes from development through to execution
- monitor suppliers' compliance with obligations of agreements and tracking fulfillment of deliverables
- audit and review Service Provider performance and ensuring audit-ability of the contract
- manage escalations for any service level and billing related issues
- interpret contracts and ensures timely problem resolution of any contractual disputes
- define and implement performance management reports for existing and new Service Providers
- approve and oversee all contract-related policies
- liaise with respective internal partners such as Contract Administrators, Group Risk, Legal Department etc.
- cooperate with Financial Management to analyze Performance Credits/Earn-backs
Your team
As an IT Contract Administrator you will be a part of Group Sourcing Commercial Services (GSCS) that is responsible for defining the Vendor Sourcing Strategy, managing competitive vendor selection process, contract / commercial deal negotiation, vendor management and post contract governance. You will be responsible for administrating portfolio of contracts with key strategic vendors spanning hardware, software and services. You will focus on the vendor's performance
against contractual obligations including Service Level Agreements, Financials and Governance.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- university degree
- experience in IT sorucing organization
- expertise in outsourcing methodologies, contracts and commercial models
- knowledge of Technology vendor landscape
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with Senior Stakeholders (English is a must)
- strong collaboration skills
You are:
- experience in dealing with vendors and contracts
- able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from contractual terms
- able to work effectively in multinational environment
