Requirements:
- Wide experience in SSC/BPO, experience in large or multicultural environment will be an added value
- Highly experienced in Office (especially: Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Advanced English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent ability to work in a team and individually
- Independency, responsibility, conscientiousness, very good organizational and analytical skills
- Willingness to business trips
- Interests in IT area
Responsibilities:
- Document Management – approval, release, documents review
- Provides proper level of quality standards of company’ documentation
- DOX administration for GBIT
- Quality Assurance in work and Periodic Review
- Follow up on internal and external audit reports
- Facilitate and coordinate internal meetings
