Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent German and good English.
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills.
- Willingness to Learn
The following will be considered as advantage:
- Help desk, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide hardware, software, network problem diagnosis and their resolution via telephone for a business client.
- Route problems to internal I.M. support staff.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and other support staff.
- Administer and provide sser access and exit controls.
