For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:
The interim assistant will provide essential IT assistance to:
A) Implementation of Opera Evolution project and the subsequent IT workload;
B) Establishment and maintenance of an interface/module for proper management of the operational resources;
C) Insertion of Category II resources in Opera Evo system and facilitation of resource allocation queries relative to the effective deployment of the Standing Corps;
D) IT requests relative to the Capability Pooling process both for internal and external stakeholders:
E) Administrative workload of Categories I, II and III by actively carrying out the following tasks:
Supporting initial and secondary screening processes;
Cross-checking information ensuring accuracy among all data information systems;
Effectively assisting on the verification process and constantly updating numbers relative to nominations and selected candidates;
Supporting the organization of meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders from an IT perspective.
F) Projects related to the management of operational resources and preparation of services and products delivered by the Office in support to Frontex-led operational activities;
G) Delivery of PAD requests;
H) External Expert Database workflow by performing the following tasks:
- Support in preparation of relevant documents related to the management of human resources;
- Perform follow up actions related to PAD requests and their timely delivery;
- Support in organization of meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders;
- Contribution to the preparation, development and editing of daily, monthly and annual reports on the management of pooled resources, as well as reports, analyses and minutes of the meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the organization of meetings, workshops, and conferences related to the above-mentioned activities as well as covering their administrative needs.
- successfully completed secondary or higher education related to the IT
Language skills:
- very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2/C1)
Work experience:
- at least 2 years of proffesional experience after secondary school
- in the field of computer networks and systems, software and communication maintenance or,
- the the field related to inventory control or warehoude environment maintenance or management.
Computer skills:
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Technologies support
- very good knowledge of hardware environment ( PC printers)
- very good skills in the main MS Office software ( mostly Ms Excel)

- high level of responsibility and ability to take initiative
- very developed level of service orientation
- ability to work under pressure and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly
- ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally and in appropriate manner
