For our Client, leader of Technology Outsourcing industry, we are looking for motivated person who would like to join to the company as a Helpdesk Consultant with Spanish and Italian.
Main duties:
- Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to: hardware, software and network
- Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries by providing step-by-step solutions or using remote access to take control of the computer and solve the problem
- Keeping records of all customers’ enquiries in the reporting system
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and Italian (at least C1 in both);
- Good English (B1/B2);
- Educational background (Informatics or similar);
- First experience in IT area is an asset;
- Good command of MS Office;
- Communicative and customer focused behave;
- Easily work in time pressure;
