For our Warsaw office, we're currently looking for a candidate for temporary (3 months) position:
This individual will be a key member of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining the global Indirect eProcure solution (Ariba P2P) for EMEA, focusing on supplier support. He or she will be responsible for assisting with configuration, internal and external communication, file uploads and supplier enablement and communications for the eProcure program.
- Assist with invoice resubmitting that fail entering Ariba P2P from suppliers,
- Help with basic vendor/requisitioner issues,
- Answering Service Now tickets, emails, IMs from users,
- Creation of materials for New/Legacy Ariba,
- Training documentations for users, suppliers, and all business partners live in Ariba,
- Working with AP team in EMEA and NA to help with any invoice kickouts within SAP,
- Assist with any minor deployment provision and data uploads,
- Skilled in the Microsoft Office including but not limited Excel,
- Experience in working on SAP system (nice to have),
- Very good knowledge of English
