As Investor Services Specialist you will be a part of one of our team operating within following areas:

Real Estate Accounting
Your responsibilities:
-
Verify and process financial information/transactions respective for your business line
-
Manage daily volume according to the daily plan
-
Provide superior client service and ensure timely response to internal and external requests
-
Follow up on open inquiries
-
Help to identify and document errors in an effort to reduce risk
-
Interact with other BBH departments
-
Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues
-
Gain efficiencies to improve individual and team productivity
-
Contribute to Division or Firm process improvement activities
-
Assist in the development and production of monthly management reporting
-
Produce and validate client's reports and statements
-
Assist team members with day to day activities when needed/ providing backup
Qualifications:
-
Currently in final year of University or recent Graduate
-
Verbal and written communication skills – fluency in English required
-
Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office
-
Strong interest in finance area is a must
-
Excellent client service skills.
