Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
The main duties will consist in timely and accurate delivery of shareholder analysis reports to publicly listed companies. This entails issuing disclosure requests, inputting and analysing data, diligently comparing with relevant public information, whilst researching and identifying fund managers.
You will also be required to building your own knowledge of stocks. Working to tight deadlines this also involves contacting banks and global custodians to confirm positions or obtain outstanding responses so we can deliver reports that will help our 400 clients manage their Investor Relations strategies.

Work with existing analysts and UK based consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shareholder analysis reports

Use a variety of tools, data sources and disclosure responses to deliver a client report from end to end

Proactively identify fund managers, stock names and research

Handle assigned queries and archive disclosure responses in line with team targets

Accurately record effort spent on client work

Ensure that client contracts are fulfilled to a high standard and delivered on time.

Have strong analytical skills with ability to analyse large amounts of data and clearly present results

Have a proactive approach to problem solving and investigating, as well as detail orientation

Have strong IT and MS Office skills - particularly Excel (VBA a bonus)
