Your role
Do you have the experience in team management? Do you know how to take care of business? We're looking for someone to:
- lead a team of professionals who develop and provide reports and analysis using BI Tools to Research Analysts globally
- define and oversee processes to identify, escalate and resolve data quality issues in our client analytics platform
- help protect UBS Research franchise by establishing controls around client entitlements and perform checks on exceptions granted
- liaise with Internal Clients, Vendors, Content Distribution and Legal & Compliance as necessary as part of the entitlement process under the regulations
Your team
You will be working in Global Research division of the Investment Bank. Our department is located in Czerwone Maki in Krakow. You will be responsible for management of two teams: Client Data Analytics & Reporting and Research Access. These teams ensure quality of data, provide metrics on Research consumption and manage access requests.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- minimum 5 years of experience in team management
- experience with databases, data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong Microsoft Excel skills
- previous experience in financial services - would be additional asset
You are:
- fluent in English
- strong in analytical thinking and you have creative and innovative approach to articulate and present findings
