Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct flow of materials
- Organize and supervise the work of direct reports
- Develop the competencies and engagement of direct reports
- Implement changes and improve work standards
- Establish, update and monitor current needs for short- and long-term forecasts in accordance with business strategy
- Monitor key metrics and supervise long-term improvement plans
- Cooperate with functional department and Workcell personnel
- Manage and analyze stock level data, define and implement corrective actions, supervise stock taking activities
- Participate in management systems audits initiated by internal and external customers. Initiate, support and monitor the implementation of corrective actions

Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in the field of materials logistics)
- Knowledge of warehousing standards and logistics processes
- At least 3 years’ professional experience related to warehouse management, including one year in a leadership position
- Knowledge of English is required
- Self-reliance and ability to make difficult decisions
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
