Job Description:
- Providing the agreed set of regular reports by the agreed dates
- Supporting the Incident, Problem and Change Management Team in the presentation of trend information
- Taking an active interest in the reports generated, seeking to identify trends or inconsistencies between data
- Supporting automation and simplification of reporting processes
- Handle requests ad-hoc MI Reports in a timely manner
- Interface with Support Teams as required, generating required modifications to reports
Candidate's profile:
- Very good English skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of tools like MS Excel (Advanced user)
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills, including when necessary skilfully assertive
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Visual Basic for Application, knowledge of ODBC interfaces.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL Certification preferred).
- Knowledge of Business Objects system (Desktop Intelligence, Web Intelligence, Designer)
