Internship in Human Resources Team
Location: Warszawa
You"ll be working in the HR team in Warsaw Office (pl. Europejski 6). Your role will be to help with HR documentation, support administration tasks and database cleaning. Our internship is an ideal way to launch your career in HR and international environment.
In addition to this, you will be especially responsible for:
- support documentation collection and archiving
- ensure accurate data is updated in the HR systems
- support on-boarding process of new employees
- HR invoice settlements
- ad hoc assistance with Recruitment and L&D projects
Required skills:
- fluency in English & Polish as a working language
- very good interpersonal and team working skills
- results-oriented and customer-focused attitude
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required)
- personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential issues
