Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as Intern dedicated to HR department.
Your responsibilities:

Supporting HR Manager in daily operational activities across Central & Eastern Europe

Taking full responsibility for managing various internal projects related to topics such as preparation organizational structure charts, onboarding plan for new employees, key areas of responsibilities descriptions etc.

Internal communication with managers, employees and other Philips HR departments
Required profile:

Last year student with pro-active attitude and drive to learn
-
Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is obligatory

Previous experience / internships in HR department

Good knowledge of labour law will be an asset

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suit

Strong planning and organizational skills

Very good communication skills
-
A service mindset and strong customer focus.
