Key tasks and responsibilities:
- support to the Management Board members, incl. calendar management, arranging appointments, travel arrangements (flights, hotels, settlement of expenses), organization of meetings and events
- support to the Office Administration and Facility Management team. This includes: reception desk
- management, processing of documents and correspondence workflow, monitoring and purchasing of office supplies, cooperation with suppliers regarding building maintenance
- cooperation with staff across all departments
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree or during studies
- positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
- can-do approach and willingness to learn new skills
- fluent English
- good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
