We are looking for a highly experienced professional who will manage IT solutions sales dedicated to the world’s educational market. The new Sales Director will lead the team of sales professionals and report directly to the Managing Director of Young Digital Planet and will be a member of YDP Management Team.
Job description:

Define and execute commercial strategy

Define and deliver short term execution plans in sales

Monitor and analyze market data and trends to identify new market opportunities and plan appropriate actions for sales team

Actively cooperate with other company’s departments to develop business plans and marketing strategy which shall be consistent with the Company’s Strategy

Manage a sales team, including active support of sales managers during sales cycle, including negotiations and deal closing, if necessary

Monitor projects in progress and execute sales agreements
Profile:

University degree in Business Management or related degree
-
At least 10 years of experience in a commercial field on the international market, preferably in a B2B e-commerce and/or education

Proven excellent peoples’ management skills and experience as a manager

Experience with working in an international environment
