For our Client, Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:

Internal Controls and Process Improvements Analyst

Requirements:

  • MS Excel expertize to perform data validation, queries, reformatting and analysis
  • Experience in automating processes via Excel (i.e. macros)
  • Experience in Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment
  • Good command of English
  • Proven experience in internal control of processes and/or process improvement and optimisation
  • Experience in project management will be an asset
  • Process transition experience will be an advantage
  • Working experience with MS Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP)
  • Analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving
  • Good communication, team work and organizing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting process improvements initiatives with technical (Excel) solution to greatly simplify tasks, increase productivity and efficiency
  • Using advanced Excel skills, including writing queries, using excel functions to update reports and develop new methods to capture data from source
  • Develop Macros to improve/automate processes
  • Extracting and manipulating data from the database
  • Working on performance measurements (KPIs) solutions for all departments within Finance and Operations Service Centre in Krakow 
  • Establishing and maintaining dashboards that visualize and effectively communicate KPIs across the organization
  • Prepare and deliver recurring (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) reporting on key performance indicators and special initiatives
  • Seeking opportunities for process optimization and standardization, project managing agreed improvements and initiatives, implementing adequate changes
  • Ensuring sound and effective internal controls are in place across EMEA region
