Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Perform a set of sales and compliance processes in line with the quality assurance program
- Ensure data accuracy and flawless process execution, as well as timely and accurate results presentation
- Communicate with the business counterpart to address the findings and support with resolution actions
- Attend calls with the Client to discuss testing results, process changes and potential risks to the process
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and respond to Client's queries
- At least year of professional experience gained in a multinational, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with corporate governance rules, excellent attention to details, risk-oriented mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time management skills
- Excellent track record and willingness to grow and learn.
