Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Support, plan, create and deliver simple, useful and engagingcommunications campaigns to the global and regional internal community(articles, websites, newsletters, postcards, emails, videos, emails, infographics, presentations, leaflets, posters, etc.);
- Liaise with global Marketing and Business Leads
- Brief and work with external agencies as required to complete the projects
- Act as an editor to improve and simplify communications requested by stakeholders
- Support the creation of PowerPoint materials for quarterly Leadership and Management meetings, and webcasts
- Support the maintenance of distribution lists for communications
- Gather communication metrics from multiple varied sources and draft reports to monitor feedback on campaigns and measure engagement
- Post articles, podcasts, videos and other assets to appropriate internal websites
- Fluent English with advanced written and verbal skills
- University degree, preferably in marketing or communications area
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client facing roles relating to communications, integrated marketing, digital marketing, public relations or similar
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with large number of individuals across all levels in organization and cultures
- Strong PowerPoint skills, keen eye for detail. Familiarity with Adobe suite or other design software will be an additional asset
- SharePoint skills preferred

- Comfort in working in changing and challenging environment
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related matters
