We are interested in bringing on-board students or graduates who are comfortable taking accountability and able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our rapidly evolving business. The ideal candidate is customer focused, analytical thinker, results-driven, innovative, works well on a team and acts with integrity. This role might also require some occasional travelling abroad to team and/or business meetings.

- Work with Service Sales Team in the CEE Countries (Central Eastern European) to understand in-country business performance
- Prepare regular communication and business updates to the CEE stakeholders and peers based on the reports and input from the Services Sales Team
- Monitor sales programs performance and propose improvements to the Team
- Monitor execution of different initiatives within and by the Service Sales Team
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within channel sales area by accurate analysis of business reports and data
- Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues cross-functionally to support the sales process
- Learn the full range of Dell Technologies Services portfolio to be able to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs
- Student of last year of Bachelor’s studies or student of any year of Master’s studies or a university graduate up to 12 months after the graduation. Preferred areas of study: Trade, Finance, Mathematics or Business related discipline
- Advanced level of Polish and English languages skills both verbal and written is an absolute must
- Strong eagerness to learn about new technologies and sales industry
- Strong determination to achieve goals and deliver tasks assigned
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform well both without constant supervision and as a teamplayer
