Key responsibilities:
- Storing documents, inserting into binders
- Archiving of transport and customs documentation needed for VAT settlements
- Contacting suppliers regarding missing or incorrect invoices
- Assisting in current duties of Accounting department
Profile:
- Very good English, both verbal and in written
- Computer literacy and key-board fluency
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
