For our client, a global company that establishes a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow, we are looking for Interim Office Manager.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for providing office management in the Operating Centre that ensures smooth and efficient running of the office and embeds the culture and
manage the day to day relationship with external suppliers and contractors to ensure excellent service and compliance with SLA’s. Additionally you will be the First Aid and Health and Safety Officer for the Operating Centre providing also support for new hire on-boarding. You will also act as resourcing support who will manage the employee log-on processes for the HR system and coordinate scheduling for on-boarding activities and training .
We are looking for Candidates with min. 3 year experience in an office management role, ideally in a global, start-up organisation and very good command of English. Ability to juggle priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities will be also strong asset.
