Intelligent Automation Project Manager

What do you need to start?
- Business process related experience: at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Business Process reengineering / transformation approach
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology
- Project and change management experience
- Lean/Six Sigma trained
- Experience in client facing roles: workshop facilitation
- Agile/SCRUM methodology awareness
What duties will help you grow?
- Align with the statement of work developed by the Intelligent Automation Customer Success Executive/Advisor.
- Accountable for managing the financials of the project (CM/DVI).
- Resourcing the project with collaboration with Operations team
- Approval of Solutions Architecture.
- Product ownership during the development lifecycle - driving the engagement in the agile software development lifecycle.
- Minimally Viable Product demonstratio and ensure the client is satisfied with the overall progress of the project
- Documentation- ensure that project team adheres to the highest quality standards for the client, and produce all relevant documentation artifacts in cadence with the client-side Project Management Office
- Final Delivery and Maintenance - accountable for the final handover of the automated solution to the client, the completion of all relevant signoffs and documentation
- Executive Communication and Reporting - accountable for all executive reporting of project status and financials during the delivery phase.
- Contribution margin forecast - responsible for maintaining & forecasting project contribution margin
