Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities
- Receipt and handling incident tickets
- Handle incident tickets based on: Troubleshooting procedure, Production documentation
- Experience in the area of Unix/Linux Systems or Databases or Network IP equipment
- Implement requests sent by Level 2 Support Team (e.g. simple operational changes according to procedures)
- Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions
- If necessary, transfer the incident to the Support Team
- Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and report on alert if no actions are provided
- Ensure that SLA are respected and alert management rules are followed and higher support levels are informed
Candidate’s profile
- Very good French language
- English language would be an advantage
- Linux and Unix Operating systems (2 years administration experience)
- Database (2 years administration experience)
- Network IP equipment : switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc (first level on administration and configuration)
- Computer and IP protocols (first level on DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, ssh, http…)
- Operation tools (Monitoring, Backup & Restore)
- Ticketing tools: end user level
