You will be responsible for:
- Identifying & Acquisitioning & Boarding of new Partners for non-cash payments or/and e-commerce business
- Achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of partner accounts
- Development and delivery of the Partner Management Framework, plus the Enablement, Quality Assurance, and Coaching of partners
- Evaluating how specific partners are progressing against their agreed commercial terms, including the management and reporting of referral / sales volumes. Ensure the delivery of agreed sales and revenue targets through maximizing opportunity from existing Partners
- Identifying areas of improvement in the partner on-boarding procedure, including training, support materials, marketing and make recommendations on process improvements
- Providing clear and meaningful feedback to Partners on a regular basis, including the management of critical issues from unhappy customers to benchmarking performance, ensuring meetings are well defined and catalogued
- Organizing and aligning the partner management framework to ensure the on-going performance of all new & existing partners, ensuring at all times that company maximizes the value of its partner accounts
- Working with internal stakeholders across support, operations and marketing to develop and implement best in class processes and materials for use within the partner sales channel
We expect:
- 5+ years of B2B sales and account management experience in the payments/telecomm/technology/fintech market
- knowledge of MS Office, in-house databases
- IT business knowledge
- Focus on delivering targets and pushing performance boundaries
- Proven experience in fostering relationships to increase account profitability / performance
- Ability to analyze information and generate partner reports that deliver insight
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Ability to navigate fast paced, dynamic environments with changing requirements and cross-functionally with teams internally and externally to achieve results
