Currently, we are looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator with the potential to become an Integrated Management System Manager.
The company maintains an Integrated Management System according to requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 26000:2010, Danish KLS for electrical contractors Norwegian and Polish electrical authorisation.
This is a very independent and cross-organisational position, one at which you have to wear multiple hats. You will have to monitor all company processes and strive to improve them according to lean techniques, introduce new ideas and get the process owners on board afterwards. If analytical approach is your thing, if you like to interact with people, and if you are passionate about quality of services, continuous improvement while keeping documentation in order – these details will give you a good idea about what the job is about:
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of business processes along with their documentation
- Constant interaction with all departments of the organisation, ensuring that procedures are kept and processes are properly documented
- Taking ownership of initiatives from identification through to project delivery via internal governance – leading the implementation of initiatives
- Identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- Maintaining Integrated Management System documentation according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 26000:2010 and Danish KLS
- Conducting investigations into non-conformities, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes
- Guarding company quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Supporting projects and departments to meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System
- Responsibility for internal and external audits
- Producing HSEQ statistics on a regular basis, identify trends and take proactive initiatives
- Is self-driven, able to work independently and without supervision to meet deadlines
- Is well organised, systematic and detail-oriented
- Is interested in business processes, standards, their documentation and optimisation
- Likes to collect, analyse and present data
- Has a good professional command of English and is used to working in this language
- Experience of working with ISO standards is not a must have but will be an advantage
