Implementation Management coordinates global implementation of processes and tools aligned with the business unit strategy/roadmap.
- Define, manage and coordinate global processes, use cases, content management and master data governance procedures as directed by BU Coordinator / Operational Manager;
- Work closely with Commerce Application Implementation Team to define system access groups/roles/rights for BU personnel and coordinate Super Users for each Product Responsible Unit (PRU) and Local Business Units (LBUs) impacted by implementation;
- Work closely with Commerce Application implementation team to ensure that PRUs and LBUs meet timelines as defined by project team and BU Coordinator. Escalate implementation delays to BU Coordinator;
- Perform and manage activities to support local businesses implementation projects including tasks such as system configuration and integration support aligned with business process and use cases;
- Collect and coordinate system requirements from BU and act as primary contact towards application team(s) for design and prioritization. Ensure that business case for a change is in place before requesting approval from the governing organization. Work with development leads/ architects through the entire release management process (design, development and test phases);
- Ensure that content is loaded to support business needs. The loaded content must align with corporate & master data governance requirements;
- Support Release Manager(s) in release management activities such as system and business testing. Coordinate and participate in testing activities as defined by the release schedules;
- Ensure that local units are trained on the support model. Act as level 2 support , answering questions from users in the PRUs & LBUs. Monitor and follow up open issues reported by PRUs & LBUs;
- Coordinate and provide trainings on-line and on-site as required;
- Effectively communicate to steering committee, reference teams and stakeholders (including production migration plans, news, announcements, implementation metrics/KPIs);
- Proactively work with Service Level Managers, Group Implementation Management and Business Unit to ensure adequate staffing and resource availability to support implementation needs.
