Identity & Access Management Analyst

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in IAM, working within a regulated industry such as for a financial services or healthcare provider
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IAM concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
- Knowledge of Active Directory is mandatory. Broader knowledge of Windows, Linux, Oracle Databases, CyberArk is advantageous
- Experience of working with auditors
- Knowledge of Powershell scripting
- Experience of using Quest Active Roles Server for Active Directory management
- Experience of Sailpoint Identity & Access management
- CISSP or similar Information Security Certification
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and improve where needed the comprehensive Identity Access Management programme to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of systems and data is owned, controlled or processed by the organisation
- Manage, maintain and where necessary help to improve the automated Leaver / Joiner / Change process that is currently in place and supports the requirements of the business
- Maintain and improve the Active Directory group membership model in accordance with companys design
- Play a key role in the IAMs team ownership of the privileged access model in accordance with company policy, managing tools such as Cyberark
- Work with internal and external auditors and manage the process for regular application security recertification within the business
- On-board new applications to ensure they adhere to the Company security model, whether they are internally hosted or cloud based
- Operate on a rota to cover the working day with the potential for on call support
- Perform any additional duties as directed by line manager
