Sourcing

Using multiple sourcing platforms to find relevant candidates

Engaging with candidates via phone to determine their suitability for a given role

Creating a pipeline of candidates for both immediate and long term needs
Screening

Completing employment screening to conclusion

Maintaining a sensitive approach to personal data of applicants in line with Data Protection requirements

Working to own initiative and portraying first class problem-solving skills using proactive thinking and promoting out of the box solutions to our clients
Onboarding

Providing responses to queries from new joiners, existing contractors and Recruitment Teams
-
Agreeing start dates with recruitment team and Hiring Managers

Issuing contracts and chasing contract returns as appropriate
Contactor Service

Becoming an expert in the processes and systems that impact the contractor including but not limited to, timesheet error, expenses and holiday

Understanding the existing customer service model deployed to major clients

Providing guidance and information to contractors on process, procedural, legislative and payroll issues
Learning and Development

Managing day to day enquiries (by email and phone) from clients, regarding the logistics of various learning services

Sourcing suitable solutions to learning and development requirements based on the client needs and operating model

Handling all issues and complaints relating to learning services in a sensitive and professional manner

Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
