For our Client, an international production company located in Cracow area, we are currently looking for experienced Human Capital Analyst.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to country HR managers regarding headcount management governance, rules and procedures, analyzing headcount movement data/trends and reporting actual movements against agreed targets.
While working on this position you will be responsible for administering existing headcount management tools and enhancing change reporting tools as per business requirements. You will act as Business Partner to VP Human Resources regarding headcount management and coordinate, oversee and manage restructuring related headcount moves. What is more you will ensure data safety, accuracy and integrity along with coordinating regular headcount reviews.
As an ideal candidate you should hold at least 3-6 years of experience in similar area (including significant exposure to Senior Management). We are looking for candidates with Controlling and HR background, with advanced Excel and ERP reporting skills. To be successful on this position you should be a fluent English speaker with outstanding analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
