Position purpose
We’re looking for the Manage Talent, Recruit to Work, Service Desk Service Delivery Manager. Successful candidate will manage the delivery of the Learning&Development, Performance management and Talent Development, as well as Recruitment and Service Desk services to the Client accordingly to Global Process Model and SLAs agreed.
Main accountabilities
- Manage 3 Teams of ~20 people and 4 Team Leaders
- Manage the Service Delivery of MT Administration, Recruitment and Service Desk to EMEA countries
- Face the Client representatives on regular Governance Calls in the role of the Country Service Delivery Manager for assigned countries
- Learn the MT, RTW, SD Solution/Processes designed for the Client, assure stable delivery, propose efficiencies/improvements
- Establish the discipline in knowledge management – documenting the knowledge acquired
- Coordinate with TLs for regular Team training/refresher training
- Establish quality/productivity measures for the Team
- Establish robust Team new hire onboarding process
- Organize and maintain the operations
- Learn CG Security and Quality Standards (ISO/QMS) and apply in the daily work
Requirements
- Experience in the Customer Service delivery in outsourcing environment
- Experience in the HR service delivery is an advantege
- Experience in cooperation with transition projects is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Very good client facing skills
- Strong people management skills
- Very good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a very dynamic environment
