CEVA Logistics is looking for a candidate for the position:
Summary: The HRIS Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.
- Manage the HRIS tickets ensuring timely responses to various questions
- Provide professional service-based phone and email support to HR as 2nd line support regarding system based questions, concerns or updates
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance in HR System
- Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies
- Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests
- Assists HRIS Manager with special projects
- College, professional or university degree, in human resources, business administration or related functional area
- Fluent English is a must
- Very good customers support skills
- Good communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- General knowledge of shared services and payroll processes, programs and policies will be an asset
