Requirements:
- University degree / BSc in HR/Economics or Business Administration
- PMI, PRINCE or other Project Management Certificate or post-graduate studies is a strong advantage
- At least 5 years working experience in SSC/BPO environment
- Experience in leading HR migration project / change management initiatives is a must
- Substantial previous experience in business process migrations at least 3 years
- Very good understanding of process migration methodology
- Availability for business travel and flexibility, especially in the period of transition
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Readiness to innovate and optimize processes (experience in lean management would be an advantage)
- Analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to lead small to medium teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work under time pressure
- Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer orientation
- Ability to work in the team and independently
- Pro-activeness and can-do attitude
- Proficient Ms. Office skills
- Good knowledge of project management tools
- PMP will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Case Management Systems especially used in HR
Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates all migration activities including all pre-migration, migration and post-migration activities
- Monitors the progress of migration and secures proper knowledge transfer,
- Ensures the quality, completeness and accuracy of the processes documentation
- Actively identifies and mitigates risks related to processes planned for migration and overall project
- Initiates and runs process improvement and process standardization initiatives
- Runs system/tool implementation projects (Case Management System etc.)
- Provides Service Management to the HR Community within EMEA during transition project and during stabilization phase
- Provides subject matter expertize to HR Delivery Leader during and after transition period
- Provides subject matter expertize to HR Community within EMEA in retained process modeling
