As an HR Transformation Manager / Consultant you will help our Clients redefine and optimize their HR function, develop visions, improve operations and systems and drive performance.
The team will work with existing clients, support new sales to acquire BPO clients as well as act as subject matter experts and process owners for an internal HR organization.
- Developing client relationships in selected accounts across a wide range of sectors.
- Working with the client’s HR department and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs like globalisation of businesses, cost control, etc.
- Continuously review and improve the process, including the latest industry trends and general legislation affecting this area which will be used to shape strategic solutions and to deliver HR strategy within the area of expertise as the process owner.
- Reviewing people risks arising from business transformation activities across the organisation and working with the client to mitigate and control this.
- Delivering people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a HR service centre or transitioning to BPO.
- Data gathering, process analysis and improvement, ownership and support of team deliverables, basic project and stream management.
- Working with our technology services division to implement a new HR system such as SAP or Oracle or SaaS solutions; identifying requirements, developing the end to end business processes, preparing the business for the change, training etc.
- Develop both thought leadership points of view and new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace.
- Expertise in at least one of the following:
- Full talent management and workforce management from recruitment to exits, including setting employer branding strategy, recruitment processes (internal and external), learning & development, as well as workforce restructuring / redeployment including cost reduction programme, organisation effectiveness, organisation redesign and the management of people risk through design of appropriate governance.
- HR administration, payroll, mobility, compensation & benefits including process management and legal environment impact analysis and business advisory.
- HR Transformation: Designing and delivering the HR operating model (HR service centre environment, HR BPO); HR Technology solutions both ERP platforms and SaaS HR solutions; HR Process Improvement including methodologies such as Lean; HR Risk Management.
- Demonstrable track record in HR, preferably in more than two companies
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Significant commercial acumen
- Confidence and ability to influence at a senior level
- Proactive approach with strong visibility in the business.
