HR System Administrator
Location: Warszawa
Position summary:
As a member of the international system administrator team you will work directly with different stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and assist in the design, implementation and support of our global HCM solutions. This position will work closely with the business and the members of the team to quickly understand the overall picture of process(es), identify potential for improvements, describe problems, recommend solutions and ensure that hosted applications meet business needs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- provide support of our Talent Aquisition and Performance Management systems (Oracle cloud),
- continuously develop our recruitment system
- cooperate with international team and 3rd party vendor (Oracle) for analytical work and different admin tasks
- take an active part in specified projects
- independently do analysis of new functionalities/solutions
- prioritize individual initiatives as well as tasks within a project
- preparing accurate documents describing system changes and new functionalities
- testing changes in the system
- conduct trainings for internal users
- solving issues and daily administrative tasks
- supporting internal users
Job requirements:
- experience as a key user or local/system administrator in one or more of the following systems: Recruiting, Talent and/or Performance management, Oracle HCM system
- interests in the functioning of IT systems, testing, cloud solutions or programming languages would be an asset
- bachelor / master degree or student
- very good written and spoken English
- good spoken Polish,
- very good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently as well as a part of the team
- creativity, ability to think analytically and to solve problems
- well organized and deadline focused
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office application
