Currently we are looking for candidate for position of:
HR Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Roles and duties:
- Managing personal file from hire-to-retire including preparation of appropriate paperwork;
- Management of benefits and Employee Capital Plans;
- Supervising the timeliness of medical examinations;
- Keeping the employee database up-to-date;
- Solving employee HR issue;
- Taking part in international HR projects to implement policies, tools and procedures from Airbus Group;
- implementing of HR initiatives related to Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Process improvement and other HR projects.
Required qualifications:
- At least BSc in field an administrative/ economic - HR, psychology, labour law or similar;
- Minimum two year of experience in a similar position;
- Language proficiency: English (advanced);
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
- Responsibility and independence in performing tasks;
- Analytical thinking and communication skills, very good organization of work.
