You will support the local business in a variety of HR areas including: labor & employment laws, time & attendance, contracts and related HR administration, regulatory compliance.
This position is placed in a diverse team covering all HR functions. As a part of this team, you will be an independent expert, having a chance to work in the organization focused on quality and stable growth. Supporting employees and managers you will be faced with many challenges that will give you the opportunity to learn and improve your skills – everything while surrounded by a positive and supportive team.
- Act as a contact person for all employees in HR-related issues
- Provide HR support in Labor Law and internal policies
- Manage HR documentation (e.g. connected with full cycle of employment)
- Manage time & attendance within the organization
- Provide various HR reports for supervisors
- Advise managers and employees on a broad scope of Labor Law and personnel cases
- Cooperate and monitor relationships with external HR service providers
- Have a chance participate or drive local HR projects & initiatives
- Min. 1 year of experience in HR administration and Polish Labor Law
- Solid knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Attention to details, accuracy and resistance to stress
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, self-reliance, discretion
- Experience in working with MS Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP HR will be beneficial
- Fluency in Polish
- Good command of English
