HR Specialist

Person who will join our team will be responsible for:
- Ensuring employment and compliance with local legislation and statutory requirements.
- Supporting all annual HR processes in line with Group guidelines (budgeting process, salary reviews, performance management etc..).
- Supporting designing and implementation of new HR policies and procedures within own business area according Group guidelines and local legislation.
- Conducting recruitment processes.
- Supporting managers and employees in HR related topics.
- Handling all global mobility issues (work permits application and legalization of stay of foreigners in Poland, global assignments preparation).
- Involvement in global HR projects.
- Onboarding & induction of new employees (arranging HSE trainings, medical checking, internal trainings).
- Determining the employee’s rights, entitlements and keeping related records if required (recognition, insurances, medical packages).
- Personal administration tasks and updating HRIS systems (local and global).
- Maintaining business relationships with external partners (headhunting agencies, medical service provider, law attorneys, HSE service providers).
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economy or similar background.
- Experience on similar position in global corporate environment.
- Practical knowledge of HR processes, Polish labour law, statutory requirements and their impact on business.
- Knowledge of processes and procedures connected with HR Administration.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Good understanding of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive with strong can-do attitude.
