Requirements:
An ideal candidate:
- Has drive for Human Resources
- Has at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
- Speaks excellent English and Russian
- Experience in HR or customer service is a strong asset
- Has computer and software skill and is comfortable working with different systems
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Can systematically approach a high volume of diverse assignments and handle competing priorities
- Is committed to quality service and customer satisfaction
- Has the ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team
- Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities of an HR Specialist can include:
- Supporting company’s units with various adminitrative tasks related to recruitment or training organization processes
- Providing advice to employees or managers related to HR processes, policies and questions
- Master data maintenance in SAP HR
- Benefits registration/ deregistration and payments
- HR data reporting
- Cooperating with HR business partners and office sites
- Participating in additional HR projects and initiatives
- Continuous improvement of our processes

We are offering temporary, full-time position (replacement for maternity leave), with possibility of extension. Start date of employment would be preferably beginning of August, contract duration 1 year.
