We are global team of 20+ colleagues, and these positions will be based at our shared service center (SSC) in Szczecin, Poland. SSC, together with production unit form 3Shape Poland organization. - You will be a part of global HR Shared Service Center providing service and administrative support within areas of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, development & implementation of global HR processes
- You will be responsible for supporting global recruitment activities, from creating and posting job ads, screening applicants to handling and coordinating tasks in our ATS
- You will support searching and building up a pipeline of candidates
- You will be learning and actively using network tools. We use Stackoverflow to connect with software professionals and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
- You will be a superuser of our ATS system, providing guidance to internal user and enhancing our time to hire.
- You will support the complete onboarding process globally, including contracting, global mobility issues and benefit handling
- Relevant higher education
- Min. 1 year of experience in HR department. Experience from HR Shared Service Center is a great advantage
- Experience in providing service for cross-boarder organization (preferably technology)
- Experience in cooperation with foreign managers / leaders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process oriented, structured and systematic
- Service minded, personal drive, initiative and results oriented
- Integrity, empathy, discretion and diplomacy
- High sense of urgency and responsibility
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are necessary
