Your role
Are you an analytical thinker? Do you know how to develop innovative solutions or automate daily tasks? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Robotic Process Automation software;
- Deliver efficient solutions , which may include coding and programming, to automate processes, for example using VBA;
- Collaborate across business units, in particular with our partners in HR and IT, to drive day-to-day implementation of the HR digital strategy;
- Identify opportunities to innovate solutions for our clients, leveraging new methods/technologies where appropriate;
- Design, build and test core reporting tools for internal clients within HR area using software such as Tableau, Business Objects, Excel.
Your team
You’ll be working in the HR Development sub-team of the HR Reporting & Analytics team which sits in the Human Resources Department.
We are responsible for the delivery of HR reporting and analysis tools for use across the UBS Group. The team will be focused on delivering automation solutions for other HR teams and will be highly aligned with HR Digital Team. The HR Reporting and Analytics team is spread across the world with the largest groups in London, Zurich, New York and Krakow. The Development team is predominantly based in Krakow.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant data analysis or IT role;
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation suites / task automation (Automation Anywhere or similar software);
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Access and VBA for MS Applications;
- Knowledge of Artificial Solutions Teneo platform would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Java/Groovy or other object-oriented language would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Python would be an asset;

- A strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Assertive to liaise with clients and manage relationships
