Currently we are looking for a:
As a HR Shared Services Operations Analyst you will have an opportunity to cooperate and support BeNeLux team. This will include:
- Responsible for the delivery of HR - and benefits administration including leave and absence management for BeNeLux region.
- Handling inquiries of employee and managers regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll.
- Provide administrative support based on work request from HR Business Partner/Generalist and colleagues including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle.
- Supporting with the payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain employee files ensuring all necessary documentation is securely filed.
We are looking for:
- English and Dutch verbal and written communication skills, advanced French language skills – will be an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, accurate and a close attention to details.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
- Very good problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning and improvement.
- Team player with a high sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of payroll tax laws, processes and policies or willing to learn.
- Knowledge of Workday, ADP Workforce, ADP Perman, Attentia and case management systems like ServiceNow preferred.
