HR Services Team Leader

For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Nowy Tomyśl, we are looking for candidates for the position of: HR Services Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
- Manages daily service operations for the Workforce Admin processes, responding to service demands as they arise
- Acts as coach to solve personal issues and strengthen technical and personnel capabilities of subordinates
- Ensures effective team operation to maintain and improve service levels, demand management and resource allocation
- Maintains quality standards within the process service team
- Monitors performance against KPIs and SLAs and provides data to Head of HR Services and makes recommendation in case of problem resolution
- Acts as contact person when updating policies or introducing new procedures and standards
- Manages workload and capacity in optimal way
- Functions as escalation level to Head of HR Services
Requirements:
- About 3-4 years of relevant experience in Workforce Administration using service management principles (HR knowledge of regional practices related to Workforce Administration highly preferred)
- Leadership: at least 2 years of experience in managing people
- Project Management: at least 3 years of experience in leading projects and developing standardized processes
- At least 3 years working in intercultural teams / projects
- Fluent English and one additional major regional language (German, French or Spanish) required
- Regular traveling in region required
- Management skills (ability to relate to and manage multi-cultural teams)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in HR SuccessFactors required
- Experience with HR Cloud Systems required, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
