Conducting a start-up project for a newly established Shared Service Center in Krakow, we are looking for:

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in an HR function
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
  • Very good knowledge of  Italian (B2 or higher)
  • Completed degree in higher education (BA)
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company (is an asset)
  • Customer, service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
  • Experience working in HR systems (Workday experience is an asset) and strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience using Case Management software
  • General knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology, qualification is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to cooperate in international, matrix organization and consumer oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • HR administration experience/awareness of HR policies and procedures
  • Analytical capability to analyze, interpret data and provide insight
  • Position requires initiative to participate in cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering HR services in the following areas: HR administration, compensation, learning & development, performance & career planning, talent acquisition
  • Provide HR and business leader support  - assist in large projects, reorganizations, communication planning and cascades
  • Execute complex HR Processes and cases, in line with existing policies, SLAs,  and procedures, assuring high quality data management, as well as documentation, including on-going support to employees
  • Liaising with HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Payroll, Employees, and Line Managers, as required in order to resolve cases
  • Share best practices within the team, striving for continual improvement in service delivery, participating in improvement initiatives
  • Play an active role in HR Services system changes, upgrades and implementations
  • Serve as point of contact for organizational structure changes
  • Maintain employee records and ensures the integrity of the HRIS database and processes by performing regular data and technology checks, identify any anomalies, and investigate complex scenarios received from HR Services Specialists
  • Manage cases according to established ways of working and interact with third party service providers
  • Provide support for the annual merit review process
  • Establish and maintain internal reports for HR Services leaders to review service delivery, individual team member performance, and compliance audits
  • Run, produce, and distribute required reports as requested for compliance, legal, compensation & benefits design and administration
  • Work with COEs on special projects gathering data, reporting & analysis and providing insights and recommendations. Interface with HR Services and HR technology on project execution
  • Complete Process Improvement work as assigned by the GBS HR Services Team Lead, i.e. review and measure existing processes through interviews, reports, direct observation, flowcharts and work distribution chart.
