Requirements:
- Graduation and University Degree
- Academic graduate in Economy, Law, Sociology, Business Administration, Psychology or similar studies
- Experience in Human Resources area essential
- Long-term professional activity and experience abroad will be an advantage
- Human Resources knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial constitution law
- Knowledge of LH-specific work regulations, collective agreements and operation agreements
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of German labour law
- Project management skills
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Fluent German (C2)

- Analyze the facts and problems related to personnel management and/ or propose solutions
- Advise other departments competently in personnel management issues

- Prepare and support communication and information processes
