For one of our client in Krakow, we currently looking for:
 
HR Recruitment Specialist with German
 
Duties:

• Opportunity to get familiar with all aspects of HR (onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration)
• Organization of Candidate interviews
• Coordinating workforce administration
• Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system and the case management tool
• Supporting HR Recruitment team in everyday duties
• Taking care of the whole onboarding process of new employees
• Ensuring high degree of client orientation, handling of requests with the right priority and in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree or relevant working experience
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of German
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures would be an additional asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Work experience within SSC environment would be an additional asset
